Poonam Jain

Founder Director Poonam brings meritorious experience of having managed Citizen Services & Assistance Services at U.S. Embassy New Delhi for over 20 Years. She is the Director Operations for all Assistance Services. She specializes in Air Medical Evacuations, evacuations by Road / Air in difficult terrain, Repatriations, Ground Assistance, FRRO, OCI and other Indian Visa related works. She has been guiding the couple desiring to be parent either thru Adoption or Surrogacy. Poonam is the “go to’ person to get your work done in 30+ countries including Austria, Ireland, Germany, United States, Nepal, Singapore, Australia, United Kingdom, Spain, Brazil, Middle East and many more. Her Compassionate nature is the key to services related to Air Medical.

Dolly Vimadalal

Ms. Dolly Vimadalal, who brings 20+ yrs of experience, has worked at the U.S. Consulate in Mumbai. She retired from the U.S. Consulate General in Mumbai after being with them for 25 years. She headed the American Citizen Services Unit for nearly 12 years. The most trying time of her work area was dealing with the Mumbai Terror situation on 26/11. She won many awards and certificates during her tenure with the Consulate.

She has global experience of handling the Air Medical transportation, Repatriations, Bomb Blasts, Natural Disasters that require extensive & compassionate coordination among Legal, Medical, Local Police, Funeral Directors, Mortuaries, hospitals, airlines & next-of-kin etc. The Western India office Operations of ISAPL is managed by Ms. Dolly VistaspVimadalal (States includes Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Goa as well as the union territories of Daman and Diu and Dadra and Nagar Haveli).

Education: She schooled at Rosary High School and went to college at the Burhani College of Commerce and Arts. She is a B.Com. Graduate from the University of Mumbai.


Sam is the Australian relationships manager for International Star Assistance Pvt. Ltd. and has qualifications in Science and Public Health. He has experience of over 12 years in the Australian healthcare sector and has dealt with dozens of healthcare providers and ancillary staff in India, Nepal & Australia.

Sam is well-known for practical and logistical assistance provided to Australians with consular and medical difficulties in India and South-east Asia and vast knowledge of government requirements and the needs of Australians with medical conditions in foreign countries. He ideally placed to provide the empathy, support and knowledge which clients and their families require.


Dr. Chandra

ISAPL Chief Medical Officer with experience of over 11 years including Critical Care, Aero-Medical Emergencies, Aviation Medicine, Internal Medicine, ICU, Emergency and OPD management. Specialized in Consultant Physician and Head of Operations (Medevacs/Travel Medicine/Medical Assistance/Repatriations/Family Medicine), also specialized Aero-medical Emergencies/Aviation Medicine/Critical Care, including repatriation of patients (air ambulances/commercial seated repatriations/stretcher repatriations/ventilated patients/deportations) all around the world including USA (New York, Phoenix, Minneapolis, Las Vegas, Chicago etc), United Kingdom (London, Leeds, Manchester, Scotland), Australia, Afghanistan (Kandahar, Kabul, Camp Bastion, Bagram), Nepal, Sri Lanka, France, Denmark, Sweden, Kazakhstan, Maldives, Japan, Canada, South Africa as well as multiple domestic destinations in India. Has escorted several hundred patients on commercial & air ambulance flights out of India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Bhutan.


Ashutosh Raina

His ability to work within (& respect) diverse cultures, alongwith the work ethics and business history, has seen Ash to be one of the known social/community leaders. Ash’s present-day activities with numerous acts of generosity showcased by his involvement in many community beneficial projects and events.Ash supports social and political initiatives as well as organises large scale events for the benefit of social integration of the Indian culture with the Australian way of life.

As a founder of community groups like “Kashmiri Pandits Australia” and “Kashmiri Pandit Professionals”,Ash is also heavily involved in local community and school fetes, along with community radio and newspapers.In his current role as founder of Brisbane based “Knowledge Partner Professionals”, an all-encompassing IT specialist company with deliverables across multiple platforms, Ash combines his entrepreneurial abilities with his kind nature to positively impact the lives of as many people as he can touch.

Mr. Bhardwaj a budding professional with qualifications in Insurance Management and International Travel. He brings 6 years of experience in sales, marketing and operations. He has handled large repatriations in entire Indian Subcontinent. At ISAPL, he is leading our global marketing strategy for Emergency services. He is building partner network with Medical Institutions, Insurance Companies, Travel & Tourism, Air Ambulance and Funeral Homes. His focus is on world class services at economical cost; with empathy. He is very active in social welfare activities and contributes to social causes and Travel Clubs . His goal is simple “To help as many people I can in my life”. He is aligned to the I SAPL motto ‘Humane to those in Distress’.
